This property was beautiful well taken care of and my room was gorgeous. It was my birthday celebration and they even put a little banner on my door as a surprise. I was greeted with a drink and told "happy birthday" everywhere I went. There was always something to do with the 6 restaurants night live band AI room, live dancers, beach pool, gym u name it. The location was prime as well as its right between Mo Bay and Ocho Rios. I definitely would come back with my children as it is also family friendly. Uroy I miss your friendlyness each time I came into the lobby!!... the Only downer was that there were no hotubs outside by the pool area as the pool was a little cold. Other than that i miss this beautiful property and highly recommend.

I loved my stay at the ocean/eden hotel food was great with plenty of options and the room/grounds of the hotel was a 10. We actually paid extra so we could be on both sides(family and adult) but 1 thing I didn’t like was entertainment even on the adult side music was on but turned down during the daytime, there wasn’t much entertaining going on that could definitely be worked on but at nights live bands would play, shows would be in the showtime room or karaoke would be in the disco. They got a lot of kids attractions also definitely will be returning with my kids because I know they would enjoy the hotel. I would love if staffs could be a little more communicative some are just so focus on the job they forgot to smile or even speak but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Overall the property was nice, however, this is not a 5 star resort as far as USA standards. When we first arrived we were forced to sit down for an hour long time share tour which we kept saying we didn’t want to do but we felt obligated, as the staff just kept insisting. It was very odd and frustrating, especially when you know you cannot afford it. At first glance the facilities are nice, however, if you look for more than a few seconds you can see tiles are loose, paint is patched poorly, fixtures are crooked, and it seems like everything was purchased at IKEA. Our room door handle kept falling off and at one point we couldn't leave our room, and the staff took hours to come and fix it. We also had hairs all over the room which were not ours, and it looked like dead bug stains on the sheets. We were also told if we lost our room bracelets we would need to pay $150 for each bracelet lost; this is tough because you go on excursions so it gives you anxiety about losing them. You also need to pay if you lose your beach towel. Beach is very rocky and shallow, you can’t swim. The staff are only nice if you tip them and they expect tips for literally everything. So many times the bar tenders looked annoyed when you ordered a drink. There was one bartender at the sports bar who was wonderful and made sure the sports team we liked was on every night which was wonderful. Overall though the people seemed rude and did not really want to help you. I had fun but would not go back.

The staff at Ocean Coral Spring were phenomenal. On arrival i was greeted by many staff members and always asked through my trip if there was anything i needed help with and how my stay was going. The rooms were beautiful and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. There is always something to do at this resort so even if you decide not to leave and explore Jamaica you’ll have a great time. I enjoyed the food at every restaurant, but soent most of my time at Martha’s Market which is a buffet style restaurant with so many options. Monique was a great help constantly keeping me updated with what events and shows were being held that day at the resort . She checked on me everyday to make sure i had everything i needed. There was another older gentleman who greets you upon arrival and i forgot his name, but his energy is so welcoming that after you read this message , if you get to meet him i’m sure you’ll know exactly who it is. I’m not one for going to the same place twice as there is so much world to explore, but i loved this place and am excited to go back in 2026

The property is beautiful, the staff aren't too friendly. I'm used to Jamaica being so overly friendly and that wasn't the case with this resort. I found the staff to be a little on the rude side if I'm being honest. The cafe was out of almost everything the whole week. The food was very good and a lot of different cuisine to chose from but found the restaurants to be less par then the buffet. The smell behind the "privilege" bar was so bad we were happy to move rooms. We were late for arrival BC our flight had a medical emergency, so we arrived almost 12 hours late. We as a couple were set up in a 2 bed room with 2 double beds. That's not ideal for a couple on vacation without kids, thought it was strange they didn't tell us at the front desk. We obviously asked to moved after the first night and it seemed like a hassle, they were saying oh that's an upgraded room but why we we as a couple want to be in a room with two beds on vacation. The front did try and make it up to us and sent some champagne and made reservations to try and make up for the lack of organization and that was nicest the staff were to us. The one time the Expedia representative and another lady from another company was laughing at us BC we were aware that we checked out at a certain time. The lack of communication was why we didn't know. All in all sad to say not a very organized or friendly experience like I'm used to when visiting Jamaica.

Beautiful hotel, cannot believe how incredible nice the staff was especially Des from the privilege team and our pool bartender Akeem. We had such an amazing time the restaurants had delicious food and we were treated like royalty. The bathrooms do need work with a mild Sewage smell but besides that great place to stay. Highly recommend to book the privilege package as you have access to everything in the hotel including top shelf liquors. We had a blast.
