Worse resort all inclusive experience. The menus was limited. The frozen drink machine was almost always broken. Always a lack of plates napkins and silverware. It was difficult to get wash clothes and bottled water to the room and if you wabt seafood be prepared to pay extra. I had to change rooms 3 times, first they placed us in the wrong room category, and after the first night in the second room i woke up to the bathroom cieling leaking qnd falling into the tub. Both room changes took approximately 4 hours of me going back and forth to the front desk to follow-up. NEVER AGAIN!

Staff was friendly and entrainment was excellent. Lots of dining choices. Grounds was not well kept however- grown weeds were visible and lots of bollard lights lens were missing. I felt safe all the time i was there.

We went with a group of 13 for 8 days in June. The ability to have a private butler provide us assistance anytime that we needed it was invaluable, Vinroy and Raymond ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Make sure if you have privelege that you request them. Kerrie-Ann made sure that every dinner we had during our stay was top notch, especially at the Privelege Lounge and she should be promoted for her efforts! Travis, can make any drink that you can think of and even suggest ones that he knows you will enjoy, we made sure to go where he was bartending. Oshane at the Privelege Lounge was always there to provide us an exquisite breakfast dining experience, we only went there after the 3rd day. There are just a few things that we wished had been better. The casino should provide more change to customers. We wanted to provide more tips but big bills were hard to break and most times the Casino could not break. There were plenty of events going on but they did not seem to be advertised, we found out during the tail end of our trip that they are advertised on channels 1 and 2 on the TV. There was plenty going on, we just seemed to find out about it very late. The Showtime Theater plays movies, but we also did not find out about this until the end. Overall, this is a great resort. This issues we had were minor but the staff made up for it, ABOVE AND BEYOND. I recommend the Swim up privelege suite, you wont regret it.

Checked in with a group of 15 (7 rooms), and because of the horrible, sickening food served, daily all of my party left. WiFi weak connection also contributed to my party leaving since most were working remotely and were unable to do so. When my elderly dad joined me 3 days into my stay it took 1.5 hours for the receptionist to check him in because he shifted me to be handled elsewhere instead of doing it himself, which he ended up doing anyway When I expressed my displeasure. He was unapologetic about his actions that caused a delay. This resort is not handicap accessible. There are ramps. The bathrooms do not have bars, and the outdoor tiles in most areas are slippery when wet. Do not lean on any of the 4 post beds in room because they are not sturdy and you will fall. Other room issues were water bugs, mass amounts of mosquitoes, smell of sewage, and lizards. You can’t hang your wet clothes out to dry on your balcony. Television selections are limited. Nightlife is nonexistent. The beach is the worst beach I’ve ever been to in my life !! It’s rocky. Room service charge is $20 per meal and I mean PER MEAL but Wait till you see what you get. The bar ran out of Rum Cream, ice, and Pina colada. I was even presented a formal agreement to sign stating I would not post anything negative on social media or in reviews, that I refused to sign in exchange for free massages. All I wanted was some money back for falling short.

Jr water front suite was nice but it had a leak in bathroom. Saw a large roach and had a line of ants outside my room on the 4th floor one day. Staff frequently entered the room after one knock without announcing themselves. Had my best meal at Rte 66. Great staff and excellent meal. Not on my list of places to revisit while in Jamaica.
