Great hotel. Service could be better!

I stayed in one of the bigger rooms on the 32nd floor. This hotel is very new so the room itself is good. However, I felt that the people working at the hotel are not very experienced. On my first day of stay, I realized that both shower stalls in the room were clogged so I had to get someone to come up and clean it up for us. The maintenance person told me that good amount of toilet paper was stuck inside and I was thinking the group that used the room before had done that. Next day I realized it was the cleaning people who use excessive amount of tissue for cleaning purposes. I could see some pieces of toilet paper stuck on the shower stall floor! I believe they use toilet paper to dry off the floor in the bathroom. Also, they do a horrible job! The rooms only got "dirtier" after it had been made up, and you can refer to the photos I attached. Disgusting. Only reason I picked this hotel was its pool, and the pool was very nice! Couldn't ask for a better view! Yet rhis hotel for some reasons let people smoke at the poolside and the swimming poolside was full of used cigarette literally everywhere. One night around 11pm, I ran into this Indian family who were literally partying at the pool with their music on and the hotel staff there did not say a word. That family was bursting out music on their speaker, dancing, and smoking hookah. Yes, hookah. Yet nobody stopped them.
