Stayed in a deluxe room on our first night. Room was small and dimly lit. Toilet was a weird layout and shower screen door couldn’t be closed properly hence the toilet was always wet. Aircon wasn’t cold too. had to upgrade to a premier room and informed receptionist regarding problems but seemed nonchalant. Fridge was dirty and cleanliness was subpar.

Amazing hotel! It was our first time here and would definitely return and recommend. Breakfast - you couldn’t ask for anything more. Everything you could want was an available. We stayed in a premium lagoon access room which didn’t disappoint

We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite that was separated from the rest of the hotel complex and other rooms. Where we were with about 8 other units. That being said our room needed repairs on the leaking ceiling above the bed and the bath tub faucets that were nonoperational due to rusting along fixtures. Otherwise the room and personal pool was outstanding. ALL staff were outstanding and very kind. Food was great and plentiful. I highly recommend this establishment.

Great place to chill and relax
The stay overall was fantastic! After many trips in the past to Bali we just wanted to wake up, have breakfast, relax, go to the gym, relax by the pool with a book, have dinner and repeat. Every day for 9 great days we did just that. Apart from the amazing breakfast at the hotel we didn't choose to eat there as the food for room service was really very bad. We left a note with our almost untouched room service dinner that was never responded to. The chicken in the Caesar salad was like cardboard and the chicken sate smelled and tasted like kerosene. Apart from room service which was weird (would love to hear back from the hotel) the overall experience was great. Big shout out to Teddy Barta for the awesome service and conversation over breakfast.
