I reserved 2 rooms on the same reservation. I would have assumed they would have been together if not at least on the same floor. But I had 1 room on the 25th floor and 1 room on the 4th floor.

We had an issue with barking dogs in the room next to us. The hotel security did their best to assist us with it, and it didn't continue past the first night. Jet Resorts was challenging to communicate with when you need extra support outside of business hours. I would book this property again, but would rather work direct with the hotel than with Jet.
