There was hair on the bed sheets and in the bathroom sink the carpet was stained the food court was always closed this was not a good choice

Customer service there is terrible. The rooms are dirty and unsanitary. I found a big blood stain on their mattress and they tried to hide it with a new sheet. Trash experience there! Don’t stay there. 👎👎

If I could rate the front desk staff a negative stars I would. We arrived at 1:30am after a delay in flight with a one year old baby. When we got in we were exhausted and ready to get some sleep. When we walked up to the front desk the lady behind sat with headphones on ignoring us. When we tried to get her attention she huffed and told us the desk was closed until 2am. Flat out refused to check us in and made us wait with a screaming tired baby for 30 mins in a stinky smoked filled casino. Once she finally checked us in we got to the room where the sheets had stains on them, there were dead flies in the halls and there were shaving clippings around the sink. The next morning we had breakfast at the Denny’s. The server was wonderful, I actually felt bad he had to work in that hole. The breakfast was ok but the sausages were served frozen. Overall just a nasty place.
