The location was pretty good. Rooms were spacious. Cleaning and reception staff were great. However we spotted cockroaches in one of the bathrooms multiple times, which was unpleasant! the pillows were very uncomfortable as well. And the worst was the valet service after we checked out on the last day, the staff there were incredibly irresponsible, disrespectful and unprofessional! we waited an hour for our car and when we asked about it, one of the main guys got very aggressive and called the security on us! it was a very bad experience...

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The walk to any amenities other than the pool was rather long. I am 74y/o and on a surgical knee so that was not good. There are automated walkways but one was out of service for several days. Hotel was clean and service was excellent

Loved the valet - loved the restaurants in tower 2 , loved that it was gated for security , in an excellent location . Took about 20- 30 minutes to walk to whatever we wanted . Uber /Lyft/cabs are everywhere if you don’t want to walk

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and attentive when we needed something. Quiet, spacious rooms. Close enough to to the monorail to get us anywhere on the strip we needs to go. We will stay here again!

Always clean, love the valet parking. I always stay at the signature but this time I was a bit disappointed. My room didn't get clean one day, toilet plugged, and very noisy above my room.
