This property was not what I expected. The location is good, the staff are nice. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, the little kitchen had only one glass and one bowl, the ice maker in the fridge did not work and the whole place, while clean just seemed run down. They also charged me $75 for the dog instead of the 25 I was expecting, plus $10 for parking. They only service the rooms once a week, so if you are there for only one night, no cleaning service, no new coffee pods.
The various doors on the outside of the buying did not seem to work, but maybe that was a good thing as this hotel has a neighbor that was a La Quinta converted to a homeless rehab center. To be fair, Morton’s Steakhouse is next door and across the street is a mall with lots of options for dining. So while we won’t be back, it can be a good option for budget travelers.
