I had to get maintenance to come to our room as the TV did not work took three hours to get to our room. I went down to the dining area and found out there was no breakfast for the two mornings we were there. A sign was on the door claiming now breakfast to be served do to Corona virus. We were not told that upon arrival. The second night two people came to our door banging on our door claiming they needed to come into our room to inspect in for smoking. I said, Who are you? through the door. I told them I don't let anyone in my room. Quote " you need to let us in your room or we are calling the police. I kept telling her we don't smoke! I became very angry at this point. They finally did identify themselves as members of the staff. They did not have company badges on. They were very rude about the whole situation, I let the lady of the two in and she did not smell smoke. She was never courteous. She and the other gentleman I believe went around to other doors. Very unprofessional!! I will never stay here or any other Days Inn ever again.

The room was clean, the bed was hard as a rock. The pillows were thin. You can only watch 6 channels on the television. The woman at the front desk is not friendly at all

Air Conditioner did not work. Horrible smell from the breeze way. Bathroom door was filthy. Noisy neighbors. I was very disappointed in my stay. No breakfast. Enmities, were cheap. Shampoo in packages, and key cards never worked.

The stairs we had to climb were scary, looked like they would fall. The room was very musky. There was hair all over the bathroom. We went and bought cleaning supplies, towels,wash cloths, and air freshener. We sprayed down the pillows and bed covers and kept the window open the whole time we were there.

Floors dirty....small tv...volume controlled with annoying screensaver while watching...a c was louder than tv....very diisapointed...spoke with front desk about all this and they seemed not to concerned...no discount or anything...will not return

We loved our 2 room suite as it was very spacious and overlooked the pool and bar lounge area. Bed was comfortable and roomy as well. The odd thing to me was the small fridge, microwave, plenty of cabinets but no cook top of any kind or dishes. Perhaps those are available for long term stays but it be would nice for short terms stays as well. There is a reason folks rent a room with a kitchenette! I will stay again if I'm that way again but will be better prepared for ill-equipped kitchen next time.
