We were very satisfied with our stay but the pool listed as an amenity on the website is limited to spa users and not available for use by children which was disappointing. The guest relations manager arranged for our pre-teen children to be able to use the pool to deal with their disappointment. The guest relations manager was very understanding and helpful in giving advice to enhance our 10 day stay in Lisbon. He was very thoughtful and sincere in trying to make our stay more pleasant.

This is my second stay at the Lisboa Pessoa and the hotel is excellent. The full breakfast bar provides a wide-ranging selection of items. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location couldn’t be better, situated in the old town. I will return

Middle of tourist spot. It’s middle of hill. So be ready to walk steep heel when you book this hotel. Staff and facility are very clean and kind.

Overall excellent hotel. Great spa and steam room
Overall excellent hotel and would highly recommend. Terrific front reception and related area staff. Very helpful and courteous. The central Lisbon location was also good. The spa, particularly the steam room was excellent. Just better if spa area had earlier opening hours than 11 am. Still great amenity. Look forward to returning to this one of a kind hotel,

Great stay at this hotel which has an amazing location in terms of proximity to tourist sites and famous restaurants. The service from Yasoja was particularly exceptional. I suffered a fall and he provided me with pain medication from the pharmacy. He also checked in with me the next day to see if I was okay.

Incredible experience
The hotel is well located, incredibly well renovated (it’s in a historic neighborhood and you can guess that the building is old, but it’s invisible from the inside). The room was comfortable, well designed, and the spa “floor” was really enjoyable, clean, of great quality. The price of the spa treatments was too high for us to choose to do it, unfortunately. Finally, the personnel at the reception was really helpful and really upscaled our experience, especially Yasoja. I would choose to stay there again when going back to Lisbon
