Our experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. But first off, I will say that the staff were very nice. Especially the guy who worked nights….he was great. But the facility itself was not what I expected. Here are some things we ran into: Only half a roll of toilet paper in the room. Called front desk but was told we had to come down to get it (I assume lack of staff?) One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of the nice, small, pool area. We had a child with us so this was ideal. But we were met with a “pool closed” sign up and padlock on gate until another guest asked about it and it was opened the night before we left. Too late for us to use. Dirty bathroom floor with suppository wrapper under sink shelf. Floors had obviously not been cleaned before we had the room. Both keys stopped working the day after checkin. Neither had been near a phone. Had to get new ones. Saturday night hotel keys stopped working to access the elevator, so a crowd developed while they fixed the issue. It took forever for the crowd of people to wait in line to get back up to their rooms due to limited number allowed on elevator. Pic of breakfast area on the website was deceiving. Only yogurt, prepackaged muffins and oatmeal packets with a hot water dispenser. Breakfast 7-9. Coffee not put out til 8a. Bed frame panels were broken and creaked so bad that they would wake us up every time my husband moved. It was terrible. He’s not overweight so he wasn’t cause.

I liked the hotel, but 2 things i didnt like was that their was no breakfast and you have to pay $10 to parking in the parking tower next door or park on the street.

I liked the boutique style hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and nice. I was a little confused about the parking and the labyrinth to get in from the parking garage. Overall it was pleasant and in a great location!!!
