Loved the space of the apartment. Two bathroom was a real bonus. Cleanliness was good. Strange that the en-suite had two singles and not the double bed so the kids ended up having the master suite. The futon in the living room was broken and very uncomfortable to sit on. Location was amazing! Supermarket round the corner and shop til you drop! People at the reception were not the most friendliest!

Apartment was clean and spacious, staff were attentive and helpful and the kitchen was well stocked with cook-ware, dishes and utensils. The in apt. washing machine was also a nice add. My only (small) complaints were that temperature control was centralized and couldn't be changed more than a few degrees inside the apt. and due to the proximity to the Plaza Callao and Gran Via it could get a bit noisy at night. Overall a great place to stay.

La localización es de primera. El apartamento sumamente espacioso. Un supermercado justo en el mismo edificio, perfecto para ir en familia. Cómo sugerencias, recomendaría cambiar las almohadas y poner unas decentes. Segundo, no se le debe poner agua al pote de Body Wash para ahorrar. Eso se hace con el jabón de fregar, no con el jabón de bañarse. Por lo demás, me siento muy a gusto con mi estadía.
