"The hotel still has a great ambiance even with Covid. My issues- the sign at the pool said 3-4 families and to social distance. People didn’t follow and no one enforced it. We were there when it was 3 families but had to leave when it got crowded. Why post rules if you aren’t going to monitor and enforce. The plumbing in my room was awful. The toilet sounded like a crying animal half the time and the water pressure in the shower was so inconsistent it was dangerous (pressure would drop and the water became scalding). They delivered food to the rooms apparently but they don’t make it very clear. I finally asked the delivery staff on the last night and she cleared it up for me. The temperature in my room also never got to what was on the thermostat. Lastly, the TV channel selections were super limited and it was tough finding appropriate kids TV on a Friday night.
On the plus side, the beds are great, they switched which side I faced and my view was really nice. They were accommodating with my request for towels and water. The pool is a great diversion when you’ve been copped up but someone should monitor for everyone’s safety. "
