Hotel was great and the location was perfect. Staff told me food would be served at the late night bar until midnight so I pushed dinner back late checking out the local park. Went to the late night bar area around 10:15. Had my 8 year old son with me so we sat at the tables for minors. I was told a waiter would be over shortly. I went to the bar and ordered a beer and then sat back down with my beer. I sat with my hungry son watching all of the employees at the bar horsing around and literally watching a sports game on tv. After 45 minutes of waiting I went to the bar and asked about ordering food to go. With a straight face the guy told me sorry the restaurant closed 6 minutes ago. That POS knew I was waiting for food. He had zero remorse. They all acted like a bunch of frat dudes at their own party and I was uninvited. So my 8 year got to go to bed hungry. Ruined an otherwise good night. Stay at this hotel just avoid the culls at the bar.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback about your experience at our Restaurant & Lounge. I sincerely apologize that we did not give you or your son service during your visit. I have followed up with our restaurant manager about this matter and now understand how there was a miscommunication. Our team had thought since they had informed you that a server would be assisting shortly and you went to the bar to order your beer, that you would do the same for your food. They should have checked in with you afterwards to confirm that was your preference especially since it was near closing time for our kitchen. I sincerely apologize that we did not do that and I do apologize that your 8 year old went hungry. We do allow food delivery services to deliver to the property at all hours and encourage our guests to do this when our outlets are closed. Should you choose to stay with us again I would personally like to welcome you back to the hotel. Thank you again for your feedback and I hope you can accept our apologies.
