We had an amazing experience in this hotel. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options. The location is great as it is in downtown, so walkable almost to everywhere. We felt so relaxed and comfortable.

We went down for breakfast and took a little longer to check out and asked for an extension. The staff only gave us 15 minutes. There was also one elevator working at that time. With it being the holidays and a lot of people staying there they should work on getting it fixed

The hotel was close to many attractions. The staff and the breakfast were great. We had a great view of the space needle as well.

The room was clean and cozy. There was plenty of space. The elevator to the parking garage was down so that was an inconvenience to carry our suitcase down to the parking garage. The breakfast was good, had a decent variety.

sadly shortly after checking in and going into our room we noticed a blood stain on our sheets. We called front desk and we had to get our own sheets from down stairs and we were told we could get a refund for the problems.
