all good except I went to the Pineapple hotel a block up from my hotel and didn't realize it was the one with the work out center and not the hotel I was staying in down the street which advertised a pool but the pool was outdoor and closed - otherwise great

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Staypineapple, University Inn! The room was clean and comfortable. Upon checking in, our service dog was given her own goodie bag, and treated like a queen. We especially liked the touch of listing the names of all pets in house, in a plaque at the front desk. By far the best hotel chain if you’re traveling with your fur baby!

Amazing hotel.

Ample parking, welcoming atmosphere, fun rooms with comfy beds, bedding and towels. They did a lot with the pineapple theme with a lot of fun touches.

They have not mentioned that parking is not included as the total amount when I have booked the hotel and they have asked me to pay when went to hotel. if I knew that I should pay separately for the parking, I have never booked this hotel since the price was already high.

Absolutely nothing negative to say- except there were about $85 in extra fees between the guest amenity fee, pet fee, and parking fee- plus a $50 deposit. Otherwise- good parking, extremely personable staff (Thank you Chad and Rye), very clean, lots of perks- a pet bag, a complimentary drink, robes to use, fluffy towels, and heavenly bedding. I can’t wait to visit the other locations in Seattle!
