The front desk staff were courteous, respectful, and very helpful! It is walkable from the light rail, to Benaroya Hall, and the 5th Ave theater. The room was clean and quiet. This is a hotel to stay at again.

I plan to come to Seattle and explore again and Crown Plaza will be where I stay again for sure. Everyone in the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean as was the entire hotel. Right away at check in the staff made me feel welcome and allowed early check in which was amazing! The size of the room and extra space for luggage was great. Location was so convenient for walking and catching the Link. Super super happy with the experience

Quality place to stay within walking distance of the link, busses, and rail cars. Pike place is literally a walk. The front desk is super helpful alongside the cleaning staff that are amazing. Id recommend this place for any downtown seattle adventure.

Check-in woes, but generally okay

The hotel was pretty standard. A little dated, but okay. I arrived about 10 minutes before check-in time and my room was not available yet, so we had to wait in the lobby... but the room wasn't ready to check into until 30 minutes after check-in which sucked a little. The valet was amazing and their service is absolutely the best I've seen. I loved how central the hotel was to all the things I wanted to experience. I didn't even have to take my car out of valet, I was able to walk around everywhere... just look out for the zombies on the sidewalks
