Upon arriving the hospitality person was rude and not inviting at all. There were other people of color checking in so naturally he assumed we were all together! Not a great start! We were on the 5th floor and the hallway was very dark. I couldn’t wait to get in the room because I didn’t feel safe. Well, the room was dark too. Very low wattage bulbs in the lamps of those that were working. One of the lamps was blinking so we turned it off. When I told the check-in person that I had a small pet I was charged fees that I could not find on their online site. What has happened to hotels these days. They say pets are welcome but charge outrageous fees for them to stay with their families. I was charged a $100 fee plus a $40 hold on my credit card in case of damages. I have mixed feelings about Hotel Interurban. It just didn’t feel warm or welcoming! I felt bad vibes all through the stay!

Good value for the money. Newer hotel. The pool was a little cold and needed to be warmer for comfort. There was no hot tub, which would have been nice. The area has plenty of restaurants and shopping. $15 for parking... meh
