It is extremely convenient and accessible. The only downside experience I had was that I had requested a quiet room away from elevators and service areas and I was given a room right next to the service closet and the elevators. It was almost like a slap in the face for putting in a request, which was encouraged by the hotel before arriving (they sent a survey asking for any requests).

I just love this hotel. I’ve stayed there twice while attending a conference instead of staying at the official conferencerr hotel. I originally chose it because it was a lot cheaper than the suggested hotel and now I will always stay there. The person who checked me in, Jennifer I think, was extremely helpful with suggesting things to do in the area and was extremely friendly and welcoming. The whole stay was great, perfect location for downtown activities, terrific restaurant on the bottom floor, and economical also. Perfect hotel for me!

Great location, a straight stretch to Pike Place. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. I used SpotHero app to find a close underground parking spot as opposed to paying the $60USD valet ( ouch when you’re from Canada).

Pros; Staff was excellent, including bellhop and cleaners. Location was great. Shower was powerful, amazingly strong and good hot water. Affordable and great quality food restaurant attached to the hotel for breakfast that ran to 12pm daily. Cons: Beds were terrible, so rock hard you couldn’t relax laying down. They felt very cheap and old and gave me back issues. I wouldn’t stay here or recommend the hotel for that alone. No room service, no way to order food from the restaurant by phone in advance. Not good for business people who have to get to meetings in the morning or for those with busy schedules. You also have to walk outside the hotel to get to the restaurant. In winter, that’s ridiculous to have to put on winter attire just to put in a breakfast order that you then have to return to pick up and take back to your room. A hotel like this should have a way to order by phone or an in hotel breakfast or dining area. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on the beds alone.

Staff was nice. Room wasn’t clean (someone else’s hair all over floor and tub of bathroom), and fridge was plugged into a Wi-Fi controlled plug and was not cold. There is no lobby due to construction, so you went to a second floor conference room to check in. No complimentary anything. No breakfast, no pool, no coffee, just a room.

Lobby under renovation. No coffee machine in the room, and in the lobby you can’t get any coffee after 8 am. You need to exit the property and go to a coffee shop around the corner. Room looks dated but in good conditions

Construction going on all day

Nice hotel near Convention Center in downtown Seattle. Easy to get to from the airport via train. Room was very nice for the price and all the workers were helpful and friendly. The only problem was at 8am remodeling starts and it sounds like they are using a jackhammer next door, when it was three floors down in the lobby. I was planning on sleeping in late, but that idea was dashed by the noise. Expect remodeling to take another four months at least. Still, it’s a nice place, and I would go again, if the remodeling is done.
