After booking my reservation 9/27/23 for a two bed room I arrived 5/18/24 after spending 12 hours traveling only to find a single king. I was told by the night clerk that there was a note from the manager that I was supposed to be called and told that the room only had a single bed. No one called me. I have a hard time accepting that a reservation booked 8 months in advance could not be honored.

We really our stay at a Homewood Suites in Queen Anne, Seattle. It is only blocks away from the Seattle Center, right across from beach, where there's a nice walking path, easy to get downtown by bus or ride share and we really appreciated having a separate sitting area and kitchen. Full breakfast daily too. Nice, friendly staff, clean hotel and a good location. We'll definitely stay here again on future visits.

Hotel was great! Service was friendly, rooms were big and the breakfast was amazing. I wish parking wasn’t $45 usd per night and the dog fee $75 used per night.

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Seattle. Perfect location and easy to find. My kids (teens) were comfortable moving around the hotel independently and we all enjoyed the breakfast every morning. I would 10/10 stay here again.
