Brown water and lost prop
I have stayed here a few times, it is very convenient & the food and gym are good. This time I left an item of clothing on the back of the bathroom door. And I’m struggling to get a reply or for someone to follow up lost property. Also when I tried to take a bath the water was brown.

Loved the runway view
Lovely place and liked the runway view. It was very noisy not from outside but in the corridor and adjoining rooms which spoiled the stay for us. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and efficient but we waited longer than we are used to at reception.
