The elevators are in poor condition. The second door lock didn’t work. The personnel was acceptable, however, we were yelled when we decided to pass through the restaurant from the lobby to the elevators. Apparently it’s not allowed if you are not consuming at the restaurant, but there are not signs of any kind.

We visited CDMX recently and decided to stay here because of the location. The area was ideal for walking and exploring many historic places. The area was also quiet and away from most traffic.

Very well located. Even if taxis can’t deposit or take you to the hotel (hotel is on a pedestrian street), they will come with you to the taxi on the next street with your luggages. Great service
