The room was nice and clean and cleaning staff were excellent (provided clean towels and coffe everday). The gym and lounge were also excellent and inviting. The staff, floor manager and rstaurant manager were very friendly, accommodating, and very helpfull. The location was excellent and everything was walking distance from the hotel...a great experience and i would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The personnel at the reception area were respectful and prompt in responding to any of our questions or needs. The staff at the restaurant area were also prompt and courteous.

The room was tiny. The phone in the room didn’t even work for us to request more towels. The lobby/breakfast area was much nicer than the rooms. The only nice thing was that we were allowed to check in early by signing up for their emails/no charge.
