The Hotel is located in a very centrical area. All the personnel of the hotel was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet included has lots of delicious options and is very good.

Excellent for travelers looking for practicality and no-fuss aesthetics. The hotel is by far one of my favorites. I’ve stayed in cdmx at four seasons, zocalo hotels, and Polanco - THIS is the best hotel by far - Because it is in a safe, convenient, location with everything you need (including 24/7 room service). If you’re one of those that spends most of your time sightseeing and never in the room, best option for your buck! Can’t say enough about my experience here… This is not the hotel if you’re looking for “ideological, stereotypical or romanticized” Mexican aesthetics. It is modern and more of an European travelers vibe. The front desk was awesome and helpful! STAY HERE!
