The staff at the NYX are so welcoming and from the first interaction exceeded my expectations. Even after only a brief interaction, days later they remembered me by name and always where quick to help. The hotel has inner facing rooms for those who like it quiet or street facing rooms for those seeking more of the sounds and energy of Milan. The rooms are quite cheesy in decor, but clean and comfortable and the rest of the hotel lobby, rooftop decks and communal spaces are well decorated. The property is directly across from the train station which makes it so convenient for day trips. I stayed put and took day trips which conveniently saved me from lugging a suitcase on the trains. Even travelling solo as a young women it was so close I never felt unsafe getting to the hotel even late a night. The train station also has the most fabulous Mercantile with dozens of delicious food options early or late. 10/10 location and staff.

위치가 밀라노나 근교 여행하기 너무 편합니다.
밀라노 센트렐레 바로 앞입니다. 말펜사 공항버스도 바로 앞이에요^^ 9번, 10번 트램도 바로 앞이어서 편합니다. 후기에 낮은층은 트램소음이 있다고 해서 걱정했는데 11층 좋은뷰를 주셔서 너무 편하게 지냈어요. 기차역이 바로 앞이라 근교 여행하는데도 너무 좋습니다. 높은층 좋은뷰를 주셔서 너무 감사했어요.

Hip and trendy Milan Hotel
A great location very close to Train and bus service from airport. It was a fantastic stay Comfortable room great views from the tenth floor. Very quick at sorting our door which at first did not lock. Continental breakfast had a great selection but the hot selection not so good. The staff in the restaurant and the Hotel were excellent and very friendly. Very close to excellent local eatery’s.
