The room smelled a bit and there were things I could tell needed some attention. But the staff was friendly and very professional.

Rooms were clean and fresh... however the room lacked a table which didn't make us happy as they are needed for stay.

Our 2 Queen beds do offer the desk, but not a table, as the other furniture in the room takes that space and then we still have to allow for room for a rollaway should a guest request that as well. You are welcome to use a table in the dining room as long as it is not a large group, covid restrictions would apply there. We do hope that your travels are safe and happy. We look forward to seeing you again next time you are in town.

Called desk to report that there was no remote control for tv they wanted to move us to another room. We declined. Mentioned it again as we were checking out. 6 hours layer they called and said the tv was brooken and we will have to pay for it. We didnot break tv, eithn before and tgats why no remote, or broke after or not broke at sll.

I will talk to the staff about other options with missing remotes, if that comes up again. You have mentioned a charge for a tv, I did check into the charge for the tv and I was informed that there was no charge placed for the tv on your account. I Sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have created. I do hope that in the future if you are in town that you would consider stopping in again and giving us another try.

Janet at check in was very helpful on where to get things I needed locally. The room was SWELTERING hot, but she was able to help me get it cooled off and I rested comfortably. Its an older hotel, with older furnishings, but clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Good price for a good motel

Motel was nice! Woman working the counter upon check in was so friendly. Only minor issue present was needing to hold an additional $100 other than our fee for our stay. They advised room would need to be inspected after they would release the funds. Upon my check out they did not inspect the room, and just gave me the funds. Typically I just secure the room with my debit or credit and the funds are never actually taken. So that was weird. Otherwise all was well, beds were comfortable, parking lot well lit. Love Missoula!

Great Place to Stay!

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Bed height, maybe they could change to half box springs so they are not so high?
Location: It is conveniently located off of I-90 on Reserve St., easy access to anywhere in the city.
First off the staff is fantastic, Michael at the front desk was Great! He is helpful and friendly! Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars across the board if not for the tall beds. If I had one suggestion it would be the need for a step stool to get into the bed, once you get there though it is very comfortable you just have to figure out how to climb up. My mom is almost 85 and it was a little bit of a challenge to get her settled, in the end she slept very well. I would totally recommend this hotel and I will stay here in the future, just be prepared for a climb or bring a step stool.
