Very clean and well appointed hotel !!!! Front Desk lady , Juanita was very friendly and welcoming . Also gave us weary travellers excellent dinner recommendations. This was our first Tru experience . We will be looking for your other locations when we travel.

Our stay was perfect, the hotel was amazing as always as well as the staff. Juanita took care of us and so did Hotels.com when we had a mix up with our reservation right at the start. They did an amazing job. The pool was perfectly warm and clean as always. At breakfast this morning, our wonderful breakfast maker was so cheerful and friendly. She was a joy to be around and Cheryl was just as wonderful when we checked out. We love Tru by Hilton and will always stay with them as well as use Hotels.com for taking care of us while on the road. They came in for the rescue when the reservation needed fixed and between them and Juanita they fixed it quickly and had us comfortable in our room in no time.
