This is a nice hotel, and they go out of your way to make you happy. Unfortunately, their TV and entertainment system in each of the rule is horrendous. Every single time I stay there, and I’ve stayed there multiple times, the cable and TV system doesn’t work. If you plan on spending any time in the rooms, or for your kids, to watch TV, the signal strength and clarity is just ridiculous. They need to replace the entire provider and get a new one as I will no longer stay there if this doesn’t occur soon.
