The cleaning staff were wonderful leaving rose petals and always there to make it a wonderful stay. We also liked the snacks and fruit in the room. Breakfast was good and the restaurant at the hotel was good. The hotel was beautiful, we loved our stay!

Iconic Grand Dame Heritage Hotel that You stay in for it’s history, the location, atmosphere/“vibes”, service. Staff are very welcoming & helpful. High security. Rooms are in dire need of refurbishment & needs to work on the detail cleanliness, however the rest of the hotel makes up for it. Get a sea view room/suite in the “palace”

Areas for Improvement: Breakfast service: Breakfast service lagged compared to the high standards set by other aspects of the hotel. The property is amazing with an amazing history. An icon of Mumbai / India. Always wanted to stay in this property but never has the opportunity. However, this trip was a relaxing family holiday so made a point that we stayed at the Palace Wing. However, there was some elements which led to some disappointments. I’ve stayed in Taj Properties before and the experience has always been out of the world. So the expectation was the same.

One of if not the best hotel anywhere. The service, history, attention to detail, staff, beauty, luxury is unmatched. An experience anyone visiting Mumbai should have!
