Flight Review

Mar 15, 2020

Jonnie in Portland with Alaska worked some magic and was able to return me back home in the middle of my trip! Dueto the outbreak, in mid flight my final destination was canceled. But Jonnie went beyond and somehow canceled my non refundable flight and sent me back home. I am very thankful!

Jan 26, 2020

The Flight Attendents were very nice, helpful, and efficient.

Jan 22, 2020

Everything was lovely your my favorite airline to travel on

Jan 16, 2020

We had to change our departure due to flight delay on original was easy, smooth, customer service at United was patient, friendly, efficient, professional. Thank you! We ended up on a 777....very nice experience!

Dec 28, 2019

2nd flight delayed 1 hour

Dec 20, 2019

We were delayed three hours in Phoenix. That wasn't fun but I trust it kept us safe.

Dec 18, 2019

Our flight arrived very early!

Dec 4, 2019

I don’t pay for a seat so they always give me a middle seat. The plane was only half full so I was able to move to a window seat by myself. Both planes were half full. It seems if you don’t want to pay for a seat you get the worst seat and board last like you have done something wrong. I happen to like to board last so that is not a problem but why do they do that.

Sep 25, 2019

Alaska air is always good.

Sep 18, 2019

I was very happy with the professionalism of the terminal staff and flight crew. I would like seats to have charging ability for portable electronics but realize the regional jets may not be designed with this feature. I really enjoy the free in flight entertainment options in some flights I’ve taken but again these were longer ones which used different planes. Overall the flight was well executed and my suggestions are not criticisms but things that could improve the experience when available.

Sep 5, 2019

On time flight out of SFO. Yeah!

Aug 21, 2019

They use to allow families with small children to board early as to not slow down the process of boarding the plane. Did that go away too?
