Extremely difficult to park, had to pay an unexpected $50 for valet parking...very difficult on fixed budget (with 3-kids)...Very sweet & helpful staff...not many amenities to brag about...wouldn’t stay again...

This property lacks the integrity for the customers. Is this hotel not a hospitality? Sure being stuck in an elevator could happen, pssh if ever? We were stuck in the elevator for 45mins and the staff did not do anything about it. We thought they were working on getting us out but apparently they were waiting on their “chief engineer” to get the OK for them to call 911, at 10pm, Memorial Day. Oh but If we didn’t want to wait any longer, we had the liberty to call them ourselves. How convenient!:) Idiots. We took matters into our own hands and called 911 ourselves. Worst customer service that I’ve ever been a part of. Oh an there were several false fire alarms in the middle of the night. C’mon man.

Location was perfect for the things we wanted to do on this trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful and it was clean. My wife loved the heated bathroom floor. Didn’t care for my shuttle service but that had nothing to do with the Hotel.
