Central with some interesting places to walk to. Nice room. Doors really stiff. Trash outside window. TV system & channel guide poor. Keurig m/c noisy - unnecessary openings required. Half & half needed.

Great location and front desk service great but I had a water leak coming from my lights switch from the bathroom water went on the bedroom area carpet and it wasn’t dry I was walking on wet spots on the carpet very uncomfortable

Thought the hotel was great. Friendly desk staff! We got there early on check in day and they said they would hold our bags until our room was ready. We gave out bags and headed out for sightseeing. About 15 min later we got a call that the room was ready. (Which we were not expecting at all). So we came back to the hotel and checked in. Upon doing so I was asked if I was a Hilton member. I said no. The gentleman said that if I join I can wave the early check in fee!!! I didn’t ask to check in early! I was planning on leaving my bags and sightseeing. That was not okay to not inform us of that a head of time.
