Was not impressed with this location. I have stayed here in better days. I found my room to be dirty, floor was unswept. I had a 3 night stay, my room was never cleaned until the day I was checking out. The room was freezing and now way to get any heat, only A/C. I was disappointed to find that the door from the parking lot outdoor garage was always unlocked and anyone cound access the hotel from outside the property. After traveling from 2am in the morning and arriving at your property at about 12, I asked if i could check in and was allowed to do so. I was told that the room would be ready in approx 1 hr -1 1/2 and I would receive a call when it was ready. I am still waiting to receive that call. For a Marriott proper I found this location to be definitely lacking in service and cleanliness.

The gentleman that we asked about the shuttle super friendly and the young woman who helped us at the front desk just so friendly. Great staff

I loved the place. Close to the airport. There was a good Cuban restaurant a short walk away. The one in the hotel was also good. Very modern and nicely decorated.

Crummy place, filthy food areas.

Pros: Liked nothing.
Cons: Full renovation, clean food service, sincerity.
Bad experience from start to finish. Wrong room assigned us, had to move to requested 2 bed room. Dinner choice was the bar. Grossly filthy, dark and server put fingers in the food. Breakfast buffet in dining room wasn't fresh. My coffee cup was chipped. Rugs were spotted worn and torn many places , furniture and woodwork chipped. No luggage help. Linens were very clean or we would have left. Bed not firm.

Good for early morning flights

Great of lace to stay for early morning flights from LaGuardia. Easy walk to Terminal C from the hotel if there are traffic issues impacting their shuttle time Food at night in the bar is fair. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly
