While convenient and centrally located, this property is in need of some upgrades and maintenance. Our tub did not drain, the wall paper and paint were peeling in places, it was not vacuumed under the chair, and upon arrival we only had bath towels, no hand towels, wash cloths or bath mat. The mattress also felt a bit worn. Aside from the need for a refresh, the service was good.

The Grand

To stay at the grand Hyatt was absolutely fantastic. The first time I stayed at the grand Hyatt was in 1984 and since that time it has grown and prospered and is a fantastic place to stay in midtown Manhattan! Located directly above Grand Central Station, there are plenty of dining and shopping options as well as access to anywhere in the five boroughs.
