The initial staff member we had the most contact with was fantastic; very nice and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean, rooms comfortable and plenty of hot water. Parking was expensive but hotel validated and was somewhat less.

Just happened to no located in a noisy corner of the 3rd floor. Other than occasional loud machinery noise, stay was trouble-free and completely fine.

The bed looks and smells like it was used and not clean. We felt trapped, Isaac was very late at night and they were only one person working with customers, with a very long queue. It seemed like they were having to resolve similar disputes which went on and on. We how did difficult I'm turning the shower on, as the shower handle were clearly broken. A remote control for the TV did not work.

It was a decent stay. A/C heater unit needs to be quieter when on and when you start up the heat you get burning smell throughout the entire room.
