It's just another NY property. The staff just do their job and nothing extra to go over and above. This hotel just gets a 3/5 for being adequate. The only great thing about it, is its literally 1 minute from times square and walking distance from every other place. Outside the property... It's NYC at it's finest, or filthiest. Take your pick. That's not this property's fault or under it's control.

Hotel room was very old, musty smelling, no soap in the bathroom and waited over 2 hours to get some delivered. TV didn’t work and waited for worker to come repair. I’ve stayed at budget motels over the years way better and cleaner than what our room was. Front desk seemed perturbed that we’d actually want some hand soap. We never did get it and went and bought some ourselves. This hotel is overrated.

This is our favorite place to stay in the City. Just off Times Square and in walking distance to the theaters and our fav restaurants. Beds are comfy. Love the pizza at Bond 45.
