worst hotel experience ever. toilet in room did not flush well and finally clogged, shower leaked all over bathroom floor, wake up call was 20 min late, lobby was being constructed so tarps everywhere, limited room service menu. nothing right about this place also very hard to find and outside entrance so crowded. shame on holiday inn, look elsewhere dont stay here. front desk mgr said she couldnt do anything until her mgr came in. we will see if i hear from them. STAY AWAY from HOLIDAY INN CROWNE PLAZA.
