Great location, but in need of updates. The elevators are so slow it takes 10-15 minutes to get up or down because of the wait. Also, “no smoking” means no smoking — of anything. The 23rd floor was like a Cheech and Chong movie. Why do people think no smoking only pertains to cigarettes?

This hotel was easy to find in the perfect location near Times Square, Central Park, Great shopping, Great dining, Subway. We were greeted upon arrival by doorman and were in our room within minutes. Even better, the professional at the front desk upgraded us to a suite. I cannot tell you how beautiful and sophisticated the suite and entire hotel is. Just amazing. The bed was like a cloud, the entire suite was spotless. The bathtub was perfect. No complaints at all. It was unbelievable!! Alan the Doorman with the top hat, was sooooo helpful and such a gentleman! Deserves KUDOS!!

The room was wonderful. Two double beds were comfortable and pillows were great too. The bathroom was a little small, but manageable. The closet was more than ample. The only concern was that the lights were tricky, Some worked fine, and some didn't. Once how they worked was explained it was great, but it took awhile for a maintenance worker to get to our room. I know you were short staffed. The location was great for walking, and subway and bus transportation too.

Booked a terrace room , was given a standard room with a double bed , told Is move the next morning , & was moved to a king bed room. NO TERRACE NO REFUND !! HORRIBLE I MEAN LYING TO YOURE FACE HORRIBLE , The Manager point blank lied to my face with a smile......as the woman that checked us in stood there & denied everything......RIP OFF ARTISTS

It was a nice old property. Only negative besides COVID stuff that can’t be helped was the old small elevators. That could be frustrating. I’d suggest investing in new ones.

This was my third stay at The Warwick and it didn’t measure up to my previous experiences. Cleanliness was not great - furniture in lobby showing it’s wear , trash in elevators, crooked lamp shades in hallways. My room didn’t have hand towels or washcloths and there was no answer anytime I tried to call front desk or housekeeping. Cleaning was in the third day so only had two towels . My room didn’t have a blow dryer couldn’t reach anyone to request one and I was out of the shower when realized so wasn’t about to truck down to the front desk to ask for one. The front desk staff seemed annoyed with having guests to respond to …. Maybe COVID is the reason behind all this. If it wasn’t such an awesome location I am not sure I would return again. I definitely would not recommend to friends after this stay.
