For the price you pay per night, free wifi is expected. Although the room has an ice bucket, there is no ice machine on the floor. I had to call housekeeping to bring up some ice and of course, you have to tip. I don't appreciate being nickel and dimed at this level of hotel. The room was gorgeous and the staff were all wonderful.

Wife's birthday trip

The hotel was an amazing experience Arrived slightly early front of house was so accommodating .The room was magnificent. I would like to say how attentive the housekeeping was went above and beyond.The palm room was what we expected history and splendour and the service was exceptional. The shops and food hall was great Todd English you have to try. Will be back in August. Thank you

champagne and caviar stay, received a cool aid exp

Asked for ice and coffee every night. Staff failed to accommodate. Did not receive turndown service. Night of leaving manager finally called. However 10 hours before flight home nothing was done. spent 10k for a week stay with expenses. Felt like I was ripped off.
