The staff at the front desk were not helpful at all. They acted as if you were bothering them when checking in/out. They told us about their restaurant so we decided ti eat there… but it was closed. You would of thought they would know their own hours of operation!

Very small rooms for premium price but in a great neighborhood, near everything. The staff, especially doorman/concierge, were the icing on the cake. Because of them, absolutely no complaints and would stay again, even my 17 year old said he hopes to see the doorman again. Friendly service. Will pay for good service

Well connected. Close to several subway stops. Didn't use buses or cabs. Concierge was fun, friendly, and informative.

This property was an awesome stay! Loved that it was a boutique style hotel! The staff was very friendly and the location couldn’t be any better! Cleanliness was also on point! I will definitely be staying here again!
