Beautiful resort, accessible and convenient when traveling with elderly people. Loved the staff super friendly and helpful. Seabreeze restaurant is the best but the others not so much and the rooms were not very well cleaned everyday. Still love it and highly recommend it

Overall, I would rate our stay with a 4.75 out of 5. We did the All-Inclusive. The food and the service were outstanding and I would give 5 stars for that alone! In particular, Jimmy and John at Sea Breeze, along with Hugo at Oceanside, all took very good care of our group and made us feel like family. We loved interacting with them and they definitely made all of our dining experiences fun. Our room was clean, but needed to have more mirrors on the walls so that our group could get ready while having to share the bathroom. We had an ocean view from our balcony, which was nice. Zalay (spelling?) at the front desk, offered us a free Palapas rental for the week for agreeing to a late check-in, which we were so incredibly grateful for. The beach towel service is spectacular. This property is right on Palm Beach. You can walk the beach in both directions for miles. There are outdoor excursion tents set up to help you plan your adventures. There are piers with restaurants and bars. We did a 4 hour UTV tour, Jolly Pirates and parasailing, all of which I would highly recommend. Gerard at Extreme Island Adventures helped us with everything. Right across the street from the Holiday Inn is a fun outdoor mall area, which is thriving with karaoke, restaurants and shopping at night. About 1 mile down the street, there is another outdoor shopping area, lots of restaurants and two night clubs playing fun music at night while you shop. We had an amazing time!
