The bathroom door was difficult to operate as it was tight and stuck, there was a bad smell from the toilette when we initially entered the room. The toilette seat is small and the water in the bowl was too high.

This hotel has a rating that is too high!! And the pictures on the web set are very inaccurate especially the pool area! Very disappointed not worth the money out dated!!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The appearence in many places, even in the room was rough. I did not realize repairs were going on. The rooms are looking old. The dresser draws did not shut well. The remote did not work well(not high on my list of things). Light on hangers(only two and one was broken) and staff could not get us more. The heater did not seem to be working well. Food was plentiful for breakfast and sufficient. The staff kept the tables clean and food replenished very efficiently.
