Inexpensive hotel

Beds were too firm. No one slept well on the hard beds. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Lots of hair from previous hotel guests visible on bathtub, toilet, carpet, etc. Two towels in our room when we checked in. We stayed in a double queen with pull out couch with our party of four. We had to go ask for two more towels and the front desk guys said it’s not really his job to get us two towels. I wouldn’t stay here again

good place to stay

Pros: easy place to go anywhere around town.
Cons: needs handicap rooms.
Location: Easy access to almost in place in okc.
someone slipped up and did not make arrangements for handicap facilities. Told could get ground floor but would cost 100.00 dollars more for three day stay.no elevators either. Other than that it was good place to stay. No help in taking clothes to upstair room.14 steps up and down each trip out of room.

We sincerely apologize for the mishap with the handicap rooms. I am not sure if you have the right Days Inn. We offer handicap rooms, however if they are all occupied we will offer another room downstairs. We do not ask a higher price for these rooms, that why I am thinking you may have the wrong location. We do not have an elevator, but our staff is always there to help with luggage if their is a need for it. I do apologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience this must have caused.

Pros: Breakfeast was OK.
Cons: Pay attention to # of people staying in room. Provide good service.
Location: Not too much to do nearby.
Pool water was murky & there was lots of hair. Pool needed to be cleaned bad. Also there were not enough towels in our room after askin for 5 towels.

Nice room

Our room was above the office near Indoor pool. Room was very clean and sufficient. But terribly noisy next to laundry and pool. Pool not clean at all was sadly disappointed in that . Breakfast was provided but there was not enough cooked so we ate takeout . Most of the problems we had was not due to staffing but other inconsiderate quest Children yelling and screaming in hallways after midnight.
