We picked the property for the pool, arrived to find pool and gym closed for renovations. Staff not the most helpful or friendly. Parking is curbside if you can find it or valet. Not the worst hotel ever, but wouldn't stay again.

The front desk person upon our arrival was rude. It was a nice place and had great breakfast. However, it was loud and the pool was closed. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because there was an indoor pool. However, it was closed for remodel. Very disappointing.

In the HEART of Everything
What a beautiful hotel in the heart of the coolest neighborhood. The room was spacious and updated. Extremely comfortable and the staff was wonderful. They were so friendly to my pets. Definitely coming back to OKC and staying here.
