Most difficult check in I’ve ever experienced and I have been staying at this hotel for years every time I go to Norman, every month or two. Depends on who’s working the front desk as to what bank cards they will accept at check in. And completely different is you pay for anything else it can be with a cash app card but not the actual room upon check in. I lost 3k points and paid 46 more because I had to make a new reservation pay through 3rd Party online and cancel my other reservation. I’m a Diamond member and it sucks being treated like a nobody

Outrage room had a strong Oder of pee and the AC/HEATER unit did not work. There was hair in the shower. Will not stay there again.
