When I checked in my key card didn't work. I had to go back down with my 3 year old and our luggage to get that fixed. Then when I was asleep at 10 someone entered my room with a key card. Then the desk clerk came to my room and asked my name and seemed surprised I was in that room. I had asked for a double room. But was given a single king. After breakfast my key card wouldn't work again. I had to go back down and get it fixed. The lady at the desk said keys were reset each morning for people checking out. I just went to breakfast and needed to return to my room to get my luggage.

Outstanding staff. Heather and Sadina really made the check in fast and pleasant. The room was very clean and smelled nice. Great hotel and only 15 minutes to Okc.

There were no chocolates on the pillows, but the room was clean. They had free breakfast, free internet, a workout area and a pool. Everything that the expensive hotels have, just not superior quality. But it was an enjoyable stay and the staff is friendly.
