Clean and conveniently within minutes of BYU.
Property was clean and manager was responsive to our needs during our stay. Good place for families with young babies as it also has a crib and high chair.

Nice size home, parking a little tight and limited, tub needs reglazing, food/chips in couch cushion seam, having us do the towels leaves room for using and drying without washing, central air would be nicer and quieter instead of window shakers, but for the price it was ok.

Cute & comfy but not for large groups
Great location in a nice neighborhood. We had a large group of 8 adults. Although the rooms are very spacious and comfortable the kitchen/dining & living area was tight. Luckily it was warm enough to be in the backyard. Some construction going on at the house directly behind (shared driveway) wasn't that big of a deal until without notice our designated parking stalls were poured with wet concrete. We had to find street parking for 3 rental cars for the remainder of our stay. There is a busy bus stop directly in front of the house so we couldn’t park there either. Overall it was a nice stay.

A great place to stay
We needed a good kitchen and three bedrooms. This was the perfect place for what we needed. Nice bedrooms, good appliances, tidy, and close to where we needed to be. Messages to the manager were answered promptly. We were there in a winter storm, so the parking places were literally a mud bog, but in dryer weather I'm sure it would have been just fine. We would definitely stay here again. (We didn't have any little children with us, but the high chair, crib, swing, and bouncy chair in the house would have been wonderful to use if we had.)
