It had the best rate. The room itself had damaged microwave, fridge was working but rust, peeling trim. There was trash behind night stand. Sheets had stains and burn holes in bed covering

I want to begin by saying I double booked my room and was given reprieve by Jack the manager and refunded 1 night which he did not have to do. Now to get down to the reasons I will never stay there again and would not recommend. House keeping did not clean my room or leave towels because I had my do not disturb sign on at 10:15am and took it off by 10:30. She never came back even though house keeping said it is their policy to return and check. The wall heater had a big hole where the directional vent used to be. A crack in the sink across the bottom. Microwave with rust on the inside door. The fridge was missing 1 foot and keep leaning. Cheap Surge protector had a lamp, TV, refrigerator, microwave, plugged in at the same time. Rust on the other lamp that did not work along with the alarm clock that didn’t work. Pillows were terrible. The toilet seat wasn’t even made for the toilet. Toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall. The carpet was vacuumed but filthy. I understand that rates go up everywhere for football games (supply and demand) but a$60 room that rents for $235 a night in this deplorable condition is disgusting and highway robbery. The reason I am writing this is to worn anyone thinking about renting here don’t. I left my name and phone number at the front desk and no call. Shows management does not care.

Property is just old and WORN. Room needed painting, microwave & refrigerator needed replacement, badly, electrical outlets all so worn that plugs wouldn't stay in; trashy around pool; wifi was awful; tub was missing drain-stop. My first thought was "this is a dump", but then I realized it was just worn out. Staff did their best, but spend a little more and go elsewhere.
