    "After being booked into a second floor room, and getting little sleep due to a loud person above us, despite my request for a high floor room, I voiced my displeasure with the front desk. I explained that as an Expedia VIP I was supposed to get a room upgrade, if available and a bottle of wine upon checkin. I not only didn’t get either, but was placed in the lowest room in the hotel. Rick, at the front desk immediately produced a bottle of red wine and then upgraded us to a two bedroom suite with fireplace and kitchen on the top floor. Well done, Rick. We both agreed that it is much better to discuss shortcomings with the hotel than to suffer silently and write a terrible review. Let the hotel try to make things right, Rick definitely did that for us. "
