Even though we live in Paso Robles, we wanted to celebrate our anniversary with a mini mid-week getaway. This was a perfect way to do it.

charming hotel in Paso Robles

Cons: a bit more parking
i now understand why this hotel was rated #1 in the small boutique category. all aspects were well thought out. the rooms were comfortable and well laid out. the breakfast was fresh and offered a wide variety. very convenient to town. everybody couldn't be more helpful. the evenings in front of the open outdoor fireplaces was charming and the smores were the icing on the cake. i wish all the hotels i stayed at were as charming and accommodating. i am now spoiled!!

Beautiful boutique hotel close to town

Pros: The staff
Location: The hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. You can also drive to the many wineries nearby.
Everything about this hotel is top notch. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and the staff is more than accommodating, from the front desk to our waitress at the Pony Club. The paper was delivered every morning and there was freshly ground coffee for us to enjoy, not to forget the buffet breakfast, which was included with our room rate. And speaking of rooms, ours was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We will definitely return!

relaxing & elegant

second stay at Cheval & was tremendous. Room was plush efficient & very clean Pony Club was entertaining small plates delish Staff knowledgeable & friendly
