Hyatt Management seriously needs to improve performance of customer service by the front desk. When called and asked to bring dental kits, shaving kits, and slippers, it took over an hour to bring it to my room after 2nd call. No one seem to care for the room guest. Personally love to travel and been to lots of hotels around the world, but, I have never seen an hotel with such an horrible customer service. It was very disappointing experience.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff went above and beyond. Angeline adjusted our stay to accommodate our family, and upgraded our rooms in the process. This hotel is family friendly, but also enjoyable for adults and couples. Our children had an amazing time at the property, and loved the pool and slides! The cleanliness, beautiful grounds and the views from the ocean and marina facing rooms are breathtaking. Most importantly, as a queer family we appreciate how welcoming the hotel staff were and how safe we felt at the property. We will definitely be staying here again when we return!

This property is over priced for what you get. The bed was uncomfortable. The temperature in the room was too hot and adjusting the thermostat didnt help. Not enough coffee in the room for the number of guests. We waited 44 minutes to get checked in. I have an additional $93.88 charge to my card with no explanation or response from them when I inquired about it. We stayed in several places on our visit to southern California and this place was the most expensive and the worst.
