We ate at Wood lodge fire grill and was told there was a 30 minute wait yet there were many empty tables. Hostess was rude. When we sat down, waitress was impatient with us. In the morning I ordered coffee & donuts- waited over 45 minutes for 2 coffees. When I went to inquire, there they sat, needless to say they were cold. When I told worker that my number never came up, he ignored me. The lodging was great but the customer service was horrible.

Good deal and like the easy checkout, location, and activities. Parking info was a bit unclear and that could be improved for sure. Staff was generally helpful and kind. Rooms were comfortable but kind of bare. Solid deal for the price and convenient.
